• Commissioning & Qualification Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing commissioning and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading project execution with a high level of accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning and qualification activities for equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Develop, review, and execute C&Q documentation, including protocols and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Commissioning & Qualification within regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices).
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cGMP and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
