• Production Planner

Summary
Validation & Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Production Planner contractor to support production scheduling, material planning, and inventory coordination for a 6-month onsite assignment. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, experience in regulated manufacturing environments, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master production schedule.
- Conduct 'what-if' planning analyses based on regulatory, supply, or demand changes.
- Prepare planning reports, summaries, and presentations for cross-functional meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure component availability.
- Communicate scheduling, material, and planning issues to stakeholders.
- Participate in Forecast, Allocation, Inventory, Supplier, and Delivery meetings.

Qualifications
- Approximately 6 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or materials management.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles in a manufacturing environment (medical device experience preferred).
- Ability to analyze data, resolve problems, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in planning tools, reporting, and scheduling systems.
