• Automation Engineer

The Automation Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, implementing automation solutions, and supporting validation activities to enhance the efficiency and quality of filling processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and robotics.
- Experience with vial filling equipment and processes preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for vial filling lines to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop automation strategies, and support validation activities.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to automation systems as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to operators on the proper use of automation systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advances in automation technology to drive continuous improvement.
