• Engineering - Senior Project Engineer

Summary:

To develop specifications necessary for the proper engineering and construction of new anesthetic projects and improvement of existing facilities. The results expected from the functions of the position are the construction of safe, reliable and cost effective production facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Site Improvements and Capital Projects.
• Execution of site capital projects on time and approved budget.
• Budgetary preparation, tracking and spending to budget
• Detailed project design (CAD drawings, process design, technical specifications)
• Project Specifications development (valves, piping, material) for individual projects
• Project bid design and award through Procurement Department coordination
• Contractor, Validation, implementation resources
• Review and maintenance of site drawing and specifications. Maintain engineering documentation updated and in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Development and improvement of site processes:
  • Existing process evaluations and improvement plans to develop into Capital Projects implementation
  • Assist Process Engineering Group in the evaluation of existing operations and equipment specifications opportunities
• Safety and health of employees and loss control. No lost workday of serious/severe injuries. Control and protection of company assets.
• Technology Improvements. Continuous improvement of site operations and facilities.

Requirements:

• B.S.in Engineering and 5-8 years related experience (in-house, co-op or acquired outside).
• Project Management experience
