(V&EG) is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Project Scheduler

The Project Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers and team members to create realistic schedules and identify opportunities for optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Work with project teams to identify project activities, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or resources.
  • Analyze schedule data to identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on project schedule status and performance to project stakeholders.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans to address potential schedule delays.
  • Support project managers in identifying opportunities to optimize project schedules and improve project delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling or project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze schedule data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus.
