Job Description
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment and systems through the effective use of the Maximo and ARMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reliability engineering principles, maintenance management, and asset management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
- Utilize Maximo and ARMS platforms to manage and optimize the lifecycle of assets.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Conduct asset criticality assessments and failure mode analysis.

Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Create and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans using Maximo.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Reliability Analysis:
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize reliability engineering tools and techniques to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.

Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and asset performance in Maximo and ARMS.
- Generate and analyze reliability reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop and present reliability metrics and KPIs to management.

Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and maintenance practices.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in reliability engineering and asset management.
- Train and mentor maintenance and operations personnel on reliability best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management.
- Extensive experience with Maximo and ARMS platforms.
- Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and performance.
