Facilities Supervisor for Pharma Site

**Job Summary:**
The Facilities Area Supervisor in Pharma Site will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the facilities within the pharmaceutical site. This position involves managing a team of facilities staff, ensuring that all equipment and systems are properly maintained, and coordinating with other departments to support overall site operations.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Maximo) facility operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise a team of facilities staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure all facilities meet regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and address facility-related issues.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize facility operations and maintenance processes.
